Our Paralegals play an important role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the legal process. They help keep case files organized, assist with document preparation, coordinate communication, and support the day-to-day progress of each matter.

Laura Martinez

Laura Martinez is a Bilingual Paralegal at Tehrani Law, LLC. She has been working in Personal Injury law for over 4 years, and she excels at organizing case information, preparing and managing documents, and maintaining good communication between clients and Mrs. Tehrani throughout the full case process. Ms. Martinez graduated from Cornell University, where she learned to serve as a pre-litigation and litigation paralegal, and she is able to draft documents for the court.

Ms. Martinez is committed to providing thoughtful, responsive support to clients and helping ensure that every client receives the attention and they deserve.

Beatriz Menjivar

Beatriz Menjivar, who goes by “B,” is a Bilingual Paralegal at Tehrani Law, LLC. Her parents are of Salvadorian decent, but B is a born Washingtonian. She has been working in Personal Injury law for over 10 years. Ms. Menjivar excels at communicating with clients as she manages their cases and prepares their cases to send for demands for settlement to the insurance companies. Ms. Menjivar also works closely with Mrs. Tehrani to keep all cases organized, to assist with case-related documents and medical records requests, and to support efficient communications with all necessary parties throughout every stage of her clients’ cases.

Outside of work, B enjoys spending time with her dog-son Simba, trying new places to eat, traveling and going to the beach. During football season, you can catch her cheering for the Washington Commanders.
